More than twenty bloggers and UP hosts from platforms such as Douyin, Red Note, and Bilibili gathered in Zhe Lin, embarking on an immersive exploration journey. They captured the autumn scenery of Xian City through their cameras and, using lively online language, told the moving stories of ZheLin's rural revitalization and high-quality green development.
This tour route connects Zhelin's diverse and distinctive resources, featuring key stops across rural cultural tourism, green circular industries, trendy sports, and local intelligent manufacturing. It allows bloggers to experience firsthand how the town balances its ecological foundation with dynamic industrial vitality. The Montasen Bicycle Factory stands out as one of the most captivating stops on this journey.
Stepping into the Montasen exhibition hall, visitors are greeted by an array of children's balance bikes, tricycles, and lightweight small-wheel bikes neatly displayed. With diverse styles and trendy designs, the exhibits attract content creators to stop and take photos. Guests then tour the production workshop, observing up close the entire manufacturing process-from frame fabrication and full-bike assembly and tuning to safety performance testing-while attentively listening to the company's presentation on its independent R&D efforts, rigorous safety standards, and innovative lightweight design.
As a homegrown brand deeply rooted in the children's cycling sector, Montasen leverages its own manufacturing facilities to manage the entire value chain-from R&D and production to quality control and shipment. With over 160 original patents, the company continuously refines innovations in lightweight frames and extendable growth-adjustable frames, prioritizing safety, lightness, and adaptability to children's developmental needs. This truly embodies the dedication and craftsmanship behind "Zhelin Manufacturing," which remains steadfast in the niche children's bicycle market and committed to upholding the quality of domestic products.
"I never expected to find such a self-developed enterprise hidden in the workshop of Zhelin; the quality of their children's bicycles is no inferior to big brands. Local enterprises have taken root in this small town, refining and perfecting the craft of making children's bikes. This visit truly surprised me," remarked Xiaohongshu blogger "Tian Ya Tian Ya Tian" after the tour.
A corner of the countryside, where pastoral poetry meets industrial craftsmanship. This campaign featuring a hundred bloggers exploring the area builds a bridge for online dissemination. Through short videos, image-text notes, and other youth-oriented formats, the bloggers will showcase Zhelin's autumn scenery, green industries, and local premium products to the digital world, enabling more people to discover Fengxian's Zhelin and comprehend the revitalization power and intelligent manufacturing vitality hidden within its rural landscapes.
