The AB06 series is made entirely of 6061 aviation-grade aluminum. The specific strength of aluminum is 3-4 times that of steel, which means that with the same weight of material, aluminum can create a much stronger structure. Montasen achieves this by using thick tube designs and hydraulic forming techniques, ensuring that the AB06 frame's strength is fully capable of meeting the needs of youth off-road riding. The aluminum surface naturally forms a dense oxide film, making it resistant to rust.

This is the most impressive aspect of the AB06 series. The three sizes are not proportionally scaled down, but are designed differently for the body characteristics of different age groups.
22 inches (recommended height 120-140cm / approximately 6-9 years old)
At this stage, children's ability to control their center of gravity is still developing. The 22-inch version of AB06 deliberately elongates the rear fork and lowers the seat tube height to make the overall center of gravity lower and more stable. The child's feet can easily touch the ground, and establishing a sense of security is the top priority.
24 inches (recommended height 135-155cm / approximately 9-12 years old)
Entering the rapid growth period, strength and speed desires are increasing. The geometry of this size begins to converge towards adult bikes - the handlebars are slightly wider, the stays are slightly longer, leaving more breathing space for the chest cavity, suitable for longer riding distances and faster speeds.
26 inches (recommended height over 150cm / approximately 12-15 years old)
This is almost an adult-sized mountain bike. The 26-inch wheel diameter significantly improves the bike's ability to navigate bumpy roads, and the frame geometry is closer to the competitive posture. However, Montasen still retains a shorter distance from the handlebar to the seat, as the body proportions of teenagers and adults still differ.

The AB06 series is equipped with finger-shift multi-speed gear system. However, the gear ratio settings for different sizes have subtle differences - the 22-inch model has a lighter gear ratio for uphill climbing, protecting the still-developing knee joints; the 24/26-inch models offer a wider gear ratio range, suitable for the increasingly "wild" cycling styles of teenagers.
